How do I place an order?
To place a new order, click on "Buy now", and follow the steps:
- Select your option
- Enter quantity
- Click "Add to cart"
- Click "Checkout"
- Enter Shipping address
- Select payment method
- Confirm payment
You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
I want to cancel my order
Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
I want an invoice for my order
Registered users, login to "My account" and select "My Order"
- Please note that 7 days prior to your subscription period ending a new order will be generated and your credit card will be charged.
- Please make sure your credit card number & expiry date is up to date.
- If you have a new credit card or expiry date you must cancel your subscription and commence a new one with your new credit card details.
- Credit card details are not stored on our website but securely stored with Stripe.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered within the 'Estimated Delivery Date' as committed at the time of order placement. Generally it will take 7-10 business working days depending on your address. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please send an email query to quoting your invoice number & full name.
What is your standard delivery time?
We generally deliver orders within 7-10 business working days depending on your address. You will also receive the shipment tracking details via email, once your order has been shipped.
