It's a brilliant science based product, that truly seems to make a difference.
I mix it with a protein powder, and coconut water after the gym, my wish would be, I would love it if CG produced a neutral tasting product that could be added to anything, rather than being overwhelmed by the lemon lime flavour.
Gives me a real pick up in the mornings and my evening capsule helps me sleep well
Only disappointment is that not enough people know about this wonderful medicine.
Continual G definitely lives up to its claim. As a musician with the beginning of arthritis in my hands, I was concerned that my playing was on its way to being compromised. Since taking Continual G the effect has been incredible, to the point that pain from arthritis has diminished too almost nothing.
Also, as a heavy drinker, I've noticed "The G" has acted as a shield from those nasty day afters. Cheers everyone.
I have problems with weakening connective tissue including a leaky gut. On a health forum I read a post where someone suffering similarly had used Continual-G® and alleviated a range of reactions to some foods. So I thought I'd give it a go. And it's been great. Continual-G® has been effective for reducing swelling and itching. In addition, there are recovery and energy benefits. I follow a reasonably intense/targeted exercise schedule to support muscle, joint and bone health and think Continual-G® assists with fatigue and pain.
My GP suspected I had chronic fatigue as a result of poor gut micro biome and subsequently recommend o that I take a barrage of supplements including NAC and Glycine.
He then recommended that I supplement my medicines by taking a daily dose of Continual G.
Well what a difference!
