About the Author

Dr. Wallace Bridge is the scientist behind Glyteine® — the world's only clinically proven ingredient capable of rapidly increasing cellular glutathione levels in a single dose. In 1997, while serving as Program Leader at the CRC for Food Industry Innovation at UNSW, Dr. Bridge identified the extraordinary therapeutic potential of gamma-glutamylcysteine (GGC), the body's immediate precursor to glutathione. After finding it was not commercially available, he and his PhD student Dr. Martin Zarka spent over two decades developing and patenting a proprietary manufacturing process — ultimately creating the ingredient now branded as Glyteine®.

With over 35 years in biotechnology and bioprocessing — spanning CSIRO, CSR Ltd, Burns Philp, and nearly 20 years on faculty at UNSW — Dr. Bridge brings rare depth to both the science and commercialisation of Glyteine®. As Honorary Associate Professor at UNSW, he continues active research in cellular glutathione replenishment, cancer immunology, and therapeutic applications of GGC. His work has been recognised by Johnson & Johnson Innovation's QuickFire Challenge on Immune Support, and underpins every product in the Continual-G® range.
